Great location and vibe, but some service misses
Had a good time at this spot! The location was perfect, super close to the metro, and the neighborhood was really nice. The team was friendly for the most part. However, the service could've been better—woke up from housekeeping knocking even with the do not disturb sign up. Plus, our room was tiny. Oh, and the breakfast? Just okay. Enjoyed the restaurant though!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We visited the renowned aquarium and enjoyed some rooftop tours. The reception staff were super helpful with great recommendations. The area was lovely for strolls, and there were plenty of fun activities nearby.
We booked a Deluxe Studio, but they pushed the beds together instead of keeping them separate as requested.

The hotel was advertised as being a short distance to the
city center, and it truly was. The walk in was pleasant, but returning uphill was quite a workout. The room was clean and well-maintained, although noise from traffic at night was a bit disruptive.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Natural History Museum. The room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee replenished daily—definitely a nice touch. Although the breakfast had a good selection, it felt a bit overpriced. comfortable stay but noisy surroundings
The room was well-maintained and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the beautiful views offered from the nearby Jardim Botanico Ajuda, which added charm to our stay.
